We had a problem with two of our blue tooth mirror cabinets due to product design fault we bought from them but received replacements quickly and efficiently. A great store with a wide and diverse range! My wife and I were starting from scratch and unlike the big box retailers, at Olympic we were patiently taken through all options to support our creative process. The great thing about this store is there is something for all budgets, ranges and multiple brands which actually differentiates it from the big box retailers where the range is limited or sometimes just underwhelming or uninspiring. In the end, the refurbished bathroom looks better than expected! This store is a little gem in West London - definitely revisiting for the next project! Thank you Mr Raj, Mr Jeet and Mr Ravi.

I have found Olympic Bathrooms to be a reliable, well informed and ethical supplier. They were very patient in dealing with all my requests and showed me numerous options before we made any choices, answering all the questions that we had along the way. I had a complex and challenging renovation project which required new central heating system and three bathrooms to be installed and used Olympic bathrooms to source the majority of products and fittings which the plumber required. I found the staff at Olympic bathroom to be highly knowledgeable, offering insights into product choices and willing to speak to my plumber on installation questions. Overall, excellent customer service, in particular Jeet who was diligent and would go the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied.
